Use Zoom with the MIS platform.
With the Zoom integration, you and your employees can create, schedule, and administrator live stream classes and meetings all within the MIS platform.
Your members will be able to book, pay and join their live stream bookings directly from their member portal.
Prerequisites
Before using the Zoom integration, you first need to:
1. Signup for a Zoom account
1. Signup for an MIS account
1. Install the Zoom integration
1. From your MIS account, click on Connect Zoom Account.
2. You will be prompted to grant permission for Member Integrity System to manage meetings in your Zoom account. Click Allow.
3. You will be redirected back to MIS, displaying a message informing you that your Zoom has been connected.
2. Assign Zoom hosts to MIS employees.
1. From your MIS account, open up an employee's account.
2. Click on Link Zoom User
3. A list of your current Zoom hosts will appear.
4. Click Select on the Zoom host you wish to assign.
3. Setup a live stream event location
1. From your MIS account, click on Event Locations.
2. Click the + button to add a new event location..
3. Type a name and choose "Live Stream" as the type and press Save..
4. Create a live stream event
1. From your MIS account, click Schedule.
2. Click the plus button or drag your mouse on a time slot.
3. Enter your event details, choosing the live stream event location and selecting the employee that will be hosting the live stream meeting and press Save.
5. Starting And Hosting Your Live Stream Event
1. From your MIS account, click on My Upcoming Events.
2. Click Start Live Stream next to the event that you will be hosting.
3. You will be redirected to Zoom's meeting. You will be given the option to install Zoom's client or you can start the meeting from the browser.
6. Remove The Zoom Integration
Complete these steps only when you no longer want MIS to be connected to your Zoom Account
1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Member Integrity System app.
3. Click the Member Integrity System app.
4. Click Uninstall.
